Residencial La Pastora

Residencial La Pastora is a new residential development by Grupo Insur, comprising 47 multi-family homes with a variety of layouts including 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments, ground-floor units with private gardens, and duplexes with terraces offering views of the Bay of Cádiz. The project is part of a comprehensive urban regeneration that revitalises an entire block occupied by a former wine cellar complex, preserving and recovering the historical heritage of the area while creating a new green connector between streets.
