This residential project in the Virentia sector of Godella is part of a larger masterplan consisting of four blocks of housing, each with its own services and facilities. The development offers 36 semi-detached houses with large private gardens, garages in basements, and cellars. The design has taken exceptional care to respect the existing landscape – the topography, vegetation, and hydrological features have been studied in extraordinary detail, and each tree and shrub has been inventoried and preserved. The project prioritises sustainability, and the residences provide a high level of comfort and quality in a truly unique natural environment.
