Project Description "Maremma"

Maremma is an exclusive collection of 26 contemporary townhouses developed by AEDAS Homes, designed by the award-winning studio Estudio Lamela and built by SANJOSE Constructora. It represents a milestone as the first residential project in the Balearic Islands with a wooden structure and Passivhaus certification, the highest standard in energy efficiency, reducing energy consumption by up to 90%. Each of the 4-bedroom townhouses is designed over several floors and features large windows to maximise natural light, private gardens, rooftop solariums, independent swimming pools, and two parking spaces. The homes are crafted with meticulous attention to detail, featuring contemporary kitchens with high-end appliances and quartz worktops, master suites with walk-in closets, and elegant bathrooms. Sustainability is at the core of the project, with features including aerothermal heating and cooling, radiant underfloor heating, and dual-flow ventilation for fresh filtered air.

Location

Palma de Mallorca is the capital city of the Balearic Islands, located on the southern coast of the island of Mallorca in the Mediterranean Sea. It is a vibrant and cosmopolitan city, known for its rich history, stunning architecture, and beautiful beaches. The Maremma project is situated in the residential area of La Ribera, on the eastern edge of the city, just 400 metres from the sea and the long sandy beach of Playa de Palma.
