Project Description "Talasa Caelus"
Talasa Caelus is the first phase of the innovative Talasa Utopian Village development . It comprises 51 homes with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, including apartments, townhouses, and penthouses . The defining feature of these homes is their large, regular-shaped terraces that seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor living, transforming them into extended living spaces and acting as “elevated vantage points” offering views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Montgó Natural Park . The project is built around four core pillars: sustainability, healthy living, ecovillage, and minimalism . Sustainable strategies include rainwater collection and reuse systems for irrigation, low-light pollution design, extensive photovoltaic panels covering approximately 60% of energy consumption, and multiple electric vehicle charging points . Residents enjoy extensive communal areas including swimming pools, sensory gardens, yoga spaces, vegetable gardens, bicycle workshops, pet spa, and a DIY workshop . Additionally, all residents have exclusive access to Puerto de Talasa, a beachfront community space equipped with lockers, bicycle parking, showers, and a small pool, creating a “gateway to the sea” on La Almadraba beach .
