Amezola Homes

Amezola Homes is a singular residential project developed by Neinor Homes on the site of a former listed industrial building, preserving and renewing its rationalist façade to connect the contemporary design with the area’s industrial history. The building comprises 74 homes of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, as well as three commercial premises on the ground floor, all designed with optimised layouts to maximise natural light and functionality. The homes feature built-in wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom, and each includes a garage and storage space. A distinctive feature is the presence of glazed terraces in many homes, providing additional year-round space and light. The development offers unusual communal areas in the city’s residential offerings, including a fully equipped gym, a gourmet room, and a chill-out terrace on the rooftop with a south-facing orientation.
